Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for Treasury Management clients within portfolio.
• Responds to complex/urgent client requests with accuracy and speed.
• Communicates updates to clients regarding account events and product changes.
• Tracks client interactions for implementation and service reporting.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities to support bank growth.
