Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of treasury management sales/consulting or 14–16 years equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of product delivery systems and on-line computer systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cash management and banking products.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Certified Cash Management (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is desirable.
• Proven ability to sell financial services and manage large, profitable portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and cross-sell to sophisticated clients needing cash management and deposit products.
• Prepare and deliver market, product, and pricing strategies to grow market share and profitability.
• Own end-to-end client experience from deal development to onboarding and service handoff.
• Guide team members in policy, procedures, and complex treasury management arrangements.
• Coordinate service support and maintain strong relationships with customers and bank departments.
