Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3+ years of banking/Treasury Sales experience.
• Experience with cash management products and pricing/billing processes.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Treasury Management Officers in evaluating profitability of current and potential banking relationships.
• Understand client cash management goals and recommend cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of deals and track progress through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with TMOs to identify customer needs and support new prospecting efforts.
• Contribute to client proposals with cost/benefit analysis and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate implementation and post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and accurate billing.
• Serve as a secondary relationship contact and provide ongoing client support.
