BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Treasury Management Officer IV to lead sales of treasury management and working capital products to high-value clients in the Dallas area. You will manage relationships, coordinate with service teams, and drive strategy across departments to grow market share.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, client onboarding, and delivering cutting-edge cash management solutions while mentoring junior staff and guiding complex client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8-10 years in treasury management sales/consulting or 14-16 years equivalent experience.
• Specialized cash management training; CCM/CTP certifications recommended.
• Proven ability to sell products/services within financial services and manage large client portfolios.
• Knowledge of cash management analysis including cost/benefit analyses and float analyses.
• Extensive knowledge of cash management and banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and cross-sell to sophisticated clients needing cash management and deposit products.
• Prepare market, product, and pricing strategies to achieve market share and profitability goals.
• Own end-to-end client experience from deal development to onboarding and service handoff.
• Lead sales presentations with cost/benefit analyses and detailed proposals.
• Mentor team members on policy, procedures, and complex treasury management arrangements.
