Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Treasury Sales Associate in Dallas to join our Treasury Sales team. You will support Treasury Management Officers offering cash management, trade, liquidity and commercial card solutions.

You will help acquire, expand, manage and maintain Treasury relationships with moderate oversight over a mid-sized portfolio, contributing to client success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years’ banking and Treasury Sales experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cash management, pricing and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist TMOs in evaluating profitability of banking relationships.
• Understand client cash management goals and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate deal pipeline and track sales progress.
• Collaborate with TMOs to identify client needs and support new prospecting.
• Contribute to proposals with cost/benefit analysis and pricing models.
• Coordinate implementation and post-sale follow-up for client satisfaction.
• Serve as secondary relationship contact and resolve inquiries.
