Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 3+ years’ banking/Treasury Sales experience, with strong analytical, presentation, and cross-selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 3+ years banking and Treasury Sales experience
• Understanding of cash management services and products including Online Access Service, Remote Deposit, Lockbox and ACH Systems, with pricing and billing
• Ability to read and leverage data to identify trends and sales opportunities
• Awareness of risk guidelines and ability to manage risk proficiently, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Treasury Management Officers in evaluating the profitability of current and potential banking relationships.
• Understand client cash management goals and recommend cross-selling opportunities using product and competitor knowledge.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of deals and track progress throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with TMOs to identify customer needs and support new prospecting efforts.
• Contribute to client proposals with cost/benefit analysis, competitive pricing and profitability modeling.
• Coordinate implementation and post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and accurate billing.
• Serve as a secondary relationship contact, providing ongoing support and resolving client inquiries.
