You will own revenue and deposits growth targets, manage quarterly plans, and collaborate with Product, Sales and LOB leaders. This role emphasizes proactive leadership, Salesforce discipline, and strong RM partnerships to unlock new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Independently builds and grows TM market strategy and portfolio.
• Owns revenue and deposit growth targets; sets annual plan.
• Maintains Salesforce input accuracy; tracks activity as leading indicator.
• Partners with LOB Head and product, sales for opportunities.
• Develops a full-year strategy with SWOT and growth areas.
• Cultivates strong LOB partnerships and RM engagement.
• Maintains regular 1:1s with Group Managers and RMs.
