Job summary

Texas First Bank in Texas is seeking a Treasury Management Officer who drives new business growth and strengthens client relationships through a proactive, consultative sales and service approach. The role includes managing the full sales cycle, from proposals to onboarding, and reviewing ACH/Wire limits for clients.

This position requires travel to client meetings, collaboration with Relationship Managers, and ongoing education on security best practices to prevent fraud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• 3–5 years of direct sales success in treasury or cash management.
• Travel to client locations for meetings and activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Treasury Management sales and prospecting strategy, identify client needs and position solutions against competitors.
• Work independently and collaboratively to strengthen client relationships, generate cross-sell opportunities, and refer clients to additional banking services.
• Manage customer visits by maintaining consistent contact and building relationships that promote loyalty.
• Review historical ACH, Wire, and Remote Deposit limits for new and existing Treasury Management clients.
• Oversee the fully sales cycle: draft proposals, deliver presentations, manage communications, gather onboarding requirements, and support implementation.
• Maintain ongoing Treasury Management client relationships; ensure solutions meet client needs and partner with Relationship Managers for reviews.
• Educate clients on security best practices and fraud-prevention protocols.
• Stay informed on competitive Treasury Management landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Officers to share knowledge and participate in ongoing training.
• Attend HTMA events and TEXPO and other industry opportunities.
