Job summary

Financial Additions is partnering with a growing Texas banking client to recruit an experienced Treasury Management leader who will build, grow, and lead the treasury-management function in Fort Worth.

This is a relationship-focused leadership role that blends sales and operations, develops treasury solutions for commercial clients, mentors a growing team, and drives deposits and fee income while shaping product strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant treasury-management experience within commercial banking.
• Proven success in relationship development and treasury sales.
• Strong knowledge of deposits, payments, liquidity, fraud prevention, and cash-management.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with lenders and executive leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to help build and grow a platform.
