Job summary

Texas First Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to drive new business growth and deepen client relationships across Treasury Management solutions. The role supports a flexible office footprint in Houston-area locations including Katy Freeway, Pasadena, or Texas City.

The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of direct sales experience in treasury or cash management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage the full sales cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• 3–5 years of direct sales success in treasury or cash management.
• Willingness to travel to client meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Treasury Management sales and prospecting strategy.
• Strengthen client relationships and cross-sell banking services.
• Manage client visits and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Draft proposals, deliver presentations, and support onboarding.
• Educate clients on security best practices and fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Officers and attend industry events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
