Job description

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support daily treasury operations, cash management, and financial analysis. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership and play a key role in optimizing liquidity, managing banking relationships, and driving process improvements across the treasury function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and forecasting across multiple bank accounts and entities
• Execute and monitor wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany funding activities
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and provide variance analysis
• Support debt management, including compliance reporting and covenant tracking
• Partner with FP&A and Accounting on liquidity planning and working capital optimization
• Assist in foreign exchange (FX) management, including exposure tracking and hedging support
• Build and maintain relationships with banking partners and assist with account administration
• Drive automation and process improvements across treasury systems and reporting
• Support treasury-related audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4–7+ years of treasury or finance experience
• Strong understanding of cash management, forecasting, and banking operations
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and/or ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite)
• Advanced Excel skills (cash modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Exposure to FX, debt, and capital markets activities is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-entity or global organization
• Familiarity with SOX controls and compliance
• Experience with automation tools or BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
