Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Treasury - Capital Management professional to advance capital allocation strategies, support performance measurement, and influence regulatory-compliant decisions across the firm.

You will partner with Planning, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver real-time insights on client value and returns while driving efficiencies and automation where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a technically oriented field.
• 5+ years of work experience in Financial Services or accounting/controller roles.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization and data mining tools (Alteryx, Tableau) and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Focus on capital allocation frameworks and methodology for CIB.
• Drive consistency in financial resource allocations across firm levels.
• Develop and monitor CIB capital framework and pro forma analyses.
• Review ROE and returns on capital-sensitive activities.
• Understand Basel 3 Endgame and related regulatory impacts on capitalization decisions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Finance, Risk, and Technology to improve tools and insights.
