Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Senior Associate in Capital Management within the Commercial & Investment Bank Treasury team. You will focus on capital management to influence, optimize, measure, and report on business performance, collaborating with teams handling balance sheet, funding, and liquidity strategies.

You will support the department and other team members on special projects as needed, working with stakeholders to drive results while adhering to regulatory constraints and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related technical field.
• 5+ years of work experience in Financial Services or accounting/controller.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong data tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistency in financial resource allocations and incentives across the firm.
• Develop, implement, and monitor CIB capital framework with data aggregation for pro forma analyses.
• Review ROE and capital-related returns; support regulatory reporting and investor materials.
• Collaborate with Planning, Finance, Risk, and Technology to improve tools and insights.
• Oversight of forecasting and budgeting for CIB financial elements; variance analytics.
• Enhance controls and streamline processes; introduce automation where possible.
