The role requires strong oversight across multi-disciplinary teams, strict safety, and high-quality execution on large-scale projects with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of direct self-perform craft supervision and mentorship across large teams.
• Hands-on mastery of pull-planning and scheduling to protect target end dates.
• Willingness to travel nationally on a regular rotation.
• Experience leading wind, solar, and civil operations on multi-thousand acre sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall site management and operational oversight to senior and general foremen and craft teams.
• Drive daily and multi-week lookahead schedules using pull-planning techniques and buffer days.
• Oversee wind turbine erection phases, solar tracker work, and civil earthmoving with safety and quality standards.
• Direct senior superintendents and ensure alignment with project milestones and owner requirements.
• Interface with clients, inspectors, and subcontractors to resolve bottlenecks quickly.
