Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years construction management experience (Preferred).
• 5+ years people management experience (Required).
• Demonstrated success leading multiple large or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the assigned project across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Assists senior management with strategy development and company-wide initiatives.
• Oversees risk management, change orders and contingency planning.
• Builds long-term client relationships and leads subcontractor strategy.
