Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Analyst or Sr. Project Controls Analyst in the Kansas area to assist the Project Manager with planning, cost control, and financial success of projects.

The role involves coordinating contractual requirements, design development, and construction progress, with up to 70% travel across the US. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Procore, MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years’ work experience in engineering/construction.
• Superior communication skills (oral and written).
• Highly organized and structured.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore.
• Project Scheduling with MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Ability to travel and/or relocate.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Project Controls.
• Monthly Forecasting and FAC.
• Cost Control (Budget, Commitments & Actuals).
• Job Cost Analysis - Variances.
• Project Schedule Management.
• Weekly Project Coordination Meetings.
• Documentation and meeting minutes.
• Generation of the Project Status Report (PSR).
• Job Cost Reports and payment applications.
• Contract Administration and change management.
• Vendor/ subcontractor coordination and backcharges.
