Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Cost Control Analyst to support the Project Manager in planning, cost control, and financial success of complex projects. The role involves coordinating contractual requirements, design development, and construction progress to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 15–20+ years in project controls, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, and/or related field.
• 15–20+ years’ work experience in Project Controls and Scheduling within the engineering/construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project controls and scheduling activities.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and cost reports (FAC).
• Manage project budgets, commitments, and actuals.
