Jobot is seeking a Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale, mission-critical Data Center project in Indianapolis. You will lead all electrical activities, supervise about 100 electricians, ensure safety and compliance, and manage budgets and scheduling on a multi-year engagement with strong advancement opportunities.

The role requires extensive travel, union experience, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in construction.
• Experience on large-scale projects with budgets over $500M.
• Union experience preferred or must have worked with a union.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all electrical construction activities including design, planning, installation, testing and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and standards.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers and teams for smooth execution.
• Manage a team of ~100 electricians and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
• Manage mission-critical, hyperscale data center projects and ensure reliability.
