Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent for a multi-year Data Center project in Indianapolis. You will lead all electrical construction activities, ensure schedule and budget adherence, and maintain top-tier safety and quality standards across a large team of electricians.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Experience on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+.
• Mission-critical data center project experience preferred or related (EV/Pharma acceptable).
• Strong site coordination and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical construction activities from design to maintenance.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers and teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage a team of ~100 Electricians and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components of projects.
• Handle mission-critical aspects to ensure robust and reliable electrical systems.
• Work on hyperscale projects managing electrical needs of large-scale projects.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance on site.
