Qualifications

• 10+ years in Electrical Superintendent roles on large-scale projects.
• Experience with mission-critical data centers or equivalent facilities.
• Must have union experience (current or past).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and safety emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction: design, planning, installation, testing, maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams for smooth execution.
• Manage a team of ~100 electricians and ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct cost analyses and budgeting for electrical components.
• Handle mission-critical aspects to ensure reliability of systems.
• Work on hyperscale projects requiring complex coordination.
• Maintain safe and responsible work practices.
