Job summary

Jobot seeks a Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical activities on a multi-year data center project in Indianapolis. You will manage design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years as an Electrical Superintendent, experience with large-scale budgets, and union work history.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in construction.
Experience on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+.
Mission-critical data center project experience; EV/Pharma acceptable.
Experience working in a Union (current or past).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical construction: design, planning, installation, testing, maintenance.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
Coordinate with site managers, engineers and teams for smooth execution.
Manage a team of ~100 electricians ensuring quality and safety.
Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
Handle mission-critical aspects ensuring robust electrical systems.
Work on hyperscale projects with complex electrical needs.
Adhere to safety regulations and procedures on site.
