Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale, multi-year data center project in Indianapolis. The role commands oversight of electrical construction, budgeting, and safety across a ~100-person team, with extensive travel and a focus on mission-critical reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years as Electrical Superintendent in construction.
• Experience on large-scale projects with budgets $500M+.
• Mission-critical data center project experience preferred.
• Strong site coordination and budgeting skills.
• Union work experience required (current or past).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety.
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical construction activities: design, planning, installation, testing, maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams for smooth execution.
• Manage a team of ~100 electricians; uphold quality and safety.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
• Handle mission-critical aspects of projects and ensure reliable systems.
• Work on hyperscale projects and large-scale electrical needs.
• Maintain safety regulations and responsible practices on site.
