Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Senior Travel Trainer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This onsite role requires delivering end-user training for a suite of client applications, devices, and procedures across CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in training/IT, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally. MS Teams, WebEx, and Salesforce experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Training and/or IT experience.
• Experience delivering software training to end users in classroom, one-on-one, or virtual settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain interim secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user training for custom software across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Instruct participants in varied group sizes and formats; develop training materials.
• Collaborate with customers to establish training content and objectives.
• Maintain training content reflecting current features; report status to management and customers.
• Complete reporting requirements; after-hours and weekend support as needed.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers; communicate effectively.
• Work with limited supervision; demonstrate initiative and organizational skills.
