Job summary

The Amatriot Group is seeking a Travel Trainer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. You will train end users on our suite of custom software, peripheral devices, and procedures, delivering sessions in various formats both onsite and virtually.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of Training/IT experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage training content and schedules. Domestic and international travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant work experience or certifications may substitute for education.
• 5 years of experience in Training and/or IT.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Train end users on custom software and hardware solutions, including peripherals and policies.
• Deliver in-person, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions.
• Develop training materials and plans from onsite data and workflows.
• Maintain current training content reflecting product features.
• Provide daily status reports to management and customers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science/mathematics/education/business administration or MIS
