Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects and mentor project teams. You will ensure adherence to contract documents, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and oversee budgeting and cost management.

Ideal candidates will have extensive mission-critical construction PM experience, strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate_tightly with subs and owners for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum eight years project management experience in mission critical construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project teams to deliver on contract documents and owner expectations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, costs and milestones.
• Negotiate prime contracts and change orders; manage subcontracts and permits.
• Coordinate project schedule with project superintendent and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Prepare Project Management Plan and participate in value engineering as appropriate.
