STO Building Group seeks a Project Manager to oversee planning, management, and execution of assigned construction projects, ensuring profitability, quality, and safety. The role may handle multiple projects, coordinating with teams to meet owner expectations and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

The position emphasizes developing budgets, schedules, and PMP documents, with responsibilities spanning cost control, procurement, and coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 4+ years project management experience in data center construction.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of estimates for the project.
• Prepares project budgets and unit cost reports.
• Leads the project team in preparing the project management plan (PMP).
• Participates in value engineering services as appropriate.
• Organizes and conducts pre-award and pre-construction meetings.
• Negotiates and prepares project subcontracts.
