BizAway is seeking an experienced Travel Suppliers Manager to lead the Travel Partnership Team, focusing on Amadeus GDS relationships and strategic supplier agreements. You will shape a high-impact partnership strategy, drive new opportunities, and align cross-functional teams to accelerate growth in travel technology.

The role requires 10+ years in travel, fluency in Italian and English, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years of travel industry experience.
Professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Hands-on Amadeus GDS experience with contracts, features, and NDC.
Understanding of travel booking processes, integrations, and APIs.
Knowledge of B2B API trends and travel tech.
Experience with BI tools for internal reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, adaptable leadership bridging operations, tech, sales and finance.

Responsibilities

Define and drive a high-impact Travel Partnership Strategy aligned with long-term vision.
Lead a team of 3, set KPIs, and align targets with business strategy.
Develop new opportunities and identify new supply providers.
Oversee IATA design and BSP management; manage GDS strategy (Amadeus).
Negotiate and renegotiate supplier contracts; oversee feature roll-out.
Manage key supplier relationships across air, stays, trains, car rental.
Drive periodic contract reviews and promotional campaigns.
Provide strategic support to Sales, Operations and Finance.
