Qualifications

• Possess expert knowledge of Amadeus/Sabre or similar GDS system.
• Experience in handling domestic and international travel bookings.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service managing travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Ensure service level agreements are met.

Skills

Expert knowledge of Amadeus/Sabre or similar GDS system

Proficient in air fares and ticketing

Great communication skills

Familiar with North American business culture

Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant
