Job summary

Chase Travel is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to join the Learning & Development Team in Plano, TX. You will facilitate instructor-led training solutions aligned with Chase Travel objectives and apply adult learning principles to maximize knowledge transfer.

You will collaborate with multiple teams and SMEs to design, deliver, and optimize programs for travel professionals, monitor learner progress, and provide developmental feedback to trainees throughout onboarding and recurrent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in learning and development or education-related field; plus 2+ years in L&D or 5+ years equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation to transfer knowledge.
• Ability to self-manage workload, prioritize, meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of adult learning methodologies and coaching.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructor-led training sessions and develop LMS content.
• Collaborate with SMEs across the organization to design programs.
• Coach and mentor new hires during onboarding and recurrent training.
• Monitor learner progress and provide actionable feedback reports.
• Administer knowledge checks and track performance metrics.
• Communicate training impact to leadership and adjust strategies.
• Support travel industry learning needs and adapt to learning styles.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure on-time delivery of programs.
