Navan’s Travel Experience team seeks a seasoned Travel Consultant to support users’ travel needs across hotel, flight, rail bookings and more. You’ll resolve issues, communicate clearly, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless traveler experience.

You’ll use tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce, and must be fluent in English and Hebrew. Flexibility for rotating shifts and a customer-centric mindset are required.

Formación

• 5+ years as Travel Consultant covering air, rail, and hotel bookings
• 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo) – mandatory
• Fluency in English and Hebrew – mandatory
• Experience in contact center or customer-facing roles
• Able to work rotating shifts, Mon–Fri, 7 AM–11 PM
• Strong multitasking, issue resolution, and independent troubleshooting
• Empathetic, professional communication (verbal and written)

Responsabilidades

• Provide top-tier travel support via chat, calls, and emails
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on suppliers, destinations, and systems
• Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences
• Book hotels, flights, cars, and rails accurately
• Guide customers to self-service options on Navan platform/app
• Respond promptly to meet SLA expectations
• Follow policies and ensure global compliance
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on processes
• Participate in team meetings on products and industry updates
• Stay current on travel industry best practices
• Maintain attendance and complete required training
