Job summary

Navan is seeking a Travel Experience Specialist in Portugal to support travelers across flights, hotels, rail, and car bookings. You will resolve issues, provide excellent service via chat, email, and phone, and feed insights back to product and design teams.

The role requires 5+ years of travel consulting, 3+ years with GDS (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo), and fluency in English and Hebrew, plus familiarity with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce. Remote-friendly rotation possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Travel Consultant covering air, rail, and hotel bookings.
• 3+ years with GDS Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew; strong written and verbal communication.
• Background in contact center or customer-facing roles.
• Proficient with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier travel support via chat, calls, and emails.
• Maintain knowledge on suppliers, destinations, and systems.
• Accurately handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings.
• Guide customers in self-service options on Navan platform and app.
• Respond promptly, meeting SLA expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues for travelers.
