Qualifications

• 5+ years as Travel Consultant covering air, rail, and hotel bookings (must).
• 3+ years with any GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) (must).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Customer-facing experience in contact center or similar role.
• Proficient with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including US hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier travel support via chat, calls, and emails.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on suppliers, destinations, and systems.
• Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences.
• Book hotels, flights, car, and rail accurately.
• Guide customers in self-service on the Navan platform and app.
• Respond promptly to meet SLA expectations.
• Follow policies and ensure global compliance.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on goals and processes.
• Participate in team meetings on products, suppliers, and industry updates.
• Stay current on travel industry best practices.
