CLEAR is seeking a Sales and Service Representative (Ambassador) to engage travelers and convert interactions into CLEAR memberships. You will deliver top-tier customer service while explaining benefits and addressing inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are sales-focused, strong communicators, customer-centric, and self-motivated, with open weekend/holiday availability and the ability to stand for 8 hours. Training is provided.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Open availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Capable of standing for up to 8 hours and passing CLEAR/airport screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Membership Sales by engaging travelers and converting interactions into enrollments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries from travelers and members.
• Adhere to security protocols and verify traveler identification as required.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement.
• Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling multiple products and services.
