Job summary

Chase Travel is seeking a Travel Advisor to help customers plan and book luxury travel with ease. You will respond to inquiries, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs and tools.

You will negotiate with vendors, ensure accuracy, and coach colleagues on best practices while upholding confidentiality and high service levels. Training includes evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in travel industry with GDS knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Respond to travel inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs and booking tools.
• Negotiate with vendors and resolve loyalty/fees and exceptions.
• Maintain confidentiality and high call quality in communications.
• Assist other Travel Advisors with policies and training; monitor escalations.
• Foster strong working relationships with customers and departments.
