Capital Creek Medical is seeking a Trauma Senior Sales Leader to drive national and regional sales for Arthrex Trauma products. You will educate surgeons in operating rooms, develop strategies, and lead a sales team to exceed quotas across the territory.

The role requires 5+ years in distal extremities or trauma, a bachelor's degree, and strong relationship building. You will collaborate with Arthrex corporate managers to expand product adoption and performance.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in distal extremities and/or trauma market experience.
• Ability to relate to customers in orthopedic/sports medicine.
• Comfort in open operating room environments.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology
