CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Transportation Roadway Project Manager to join the Highway & Rail Team in Keene, NH; Burlington, MA; or Boston, MA.

You will provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of highway projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires a PE license, 15 years of progressive engineering experience, and 8+ years in project management, with up to 20% travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
• PE license required
• Minimum 15 years engineering; 8+ years PM
• NHDOT and/or MassDOT experience required
• Willing to travel up to 20%

Mansioni

• Manage all aspects of highway project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships
• Serve as a seller/doer, develop work with clients and lead marketing plan development
• Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy
• Prepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and closeout documents
• Track and oversee multiple projects ensuring quality control and standards
• Interpret client contracts and manage client relations
• Provide technical development and facilitate external presentations to clients and regulatory bodies
