Qualifications

• Leadership of project teams and schedules for transportation projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and staff.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois required.
• Experience with IDOT and local municipalities beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, vendors and staff at all levels.
• Lead and schedule staff to meet project needs and deadlines.
• Track multiple projects to keep on schedule and within budget.
• Perform transportation analyses and calculations for projects.
• Prepare engineering reports and responses to solicitations.
• Develop strong client relationships and new Illinois projects.
• Represent firm in project presentations and permit processes.
• Travel to field sites as needed for project work.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver comprehensive end products.
