Qualifications

• Ability to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needs.
• Experience tracking multiple projects to keep on schedule and within budget.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using CAD platforms (MicroStation or AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of highway design packages (OpenRoads, Geopak, or Civil 3D).
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform transportation engineering analyses and calculations.
• Experience preparing engineering reports and project responses.

Responsibilities
