Job summary

Horner & Shifrin is seeking a full-time Transportation Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead projects, manage teams, and deliver comprehensive end products.

The role requires strong client interaction, business development in Illinois, and the ability to drive projects on schedule and within budget. A PE license in Illinois is required, along with a BS in Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois is required or must be obtained.
• Strong communication with clients, vendors and staff at all levels.
• Ability to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needs.
• Experience with CADD platforms and highway design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead project teams and coordinate engineers, designers and staff.
• Develop engineering solutions and deliver high-quality end products.
• Interact with clients, develop relationships and pursue new projects.
