Job summary

Egis is hiring an experienced Project Manager in Florida to lead transportation design projects for FDOT and municipalities. The role focuses on program management, client development, and delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of transportation PM experience, Florida PE license, and strong communication. The position supports hybrid work arrangements and opportunities across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and Florida Professional Engineer license preferred.
• At least 8+ years managing transportation design projects, with FDOT project experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and drive business development in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of transportation design projects for FDOT and local entities.
• Develop design documentation, calculations, quantities, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with staff, sub-consultants, and reviewers to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Oversee staffing, schedules, budgets, and project scope.
• Assist in proposals, client development, and marketing activities.
