Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation design and construction plan production.
• Active PE license.
• Proficiency with MicroStation OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
• Strong technical skills with the desire to contribute to and grow in the management of complex transportation projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Experience coordinating with internal project teams, subconsultants, and prime consultant partners.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Civil engineering design and analysis on projects for public sector clients.
• Collaborating with junior staff and assisting in the direction of other technical staff to produce quality designs and plans.
• Assist with development of Preliminary Engineering Reports and PD&E Concept Plans.
• Assist and participate in marketing pursuits including proposal writing, research and presentation development.
• Developing construction documents, estimates and assisting with construction administration services.
• Serving as a Task Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager with budget and schedule responsibilities.
