Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or higher.
• 8+ years of project management experience on transportation projects.
• Professional Engineer license in Florida.
• Business development and marketing experience in Florida.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with FDOT design standards and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation design projects for FDOT, regional authorities, and municipalities.
• Prepare design documentation, reports, and cost estimates.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and scope; ensure QA/QC.
• Coordinate with staff, sub-consultants, and reviewers.
• Plan staffing and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Develop proposals and support business development activities.
