Job summary

Bowman seeks a Project Manager to lead transportation projects across New England. The role is based in Boston, Taunton, Westfield or Lincoln RI, coordinating with clients and agencies to deliver roadway designs and ensure project success.

You will supervise teams, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high standards of quality and safety on diverse public and private projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Ten or more (10+) years of professional engineering experience with an emphasis on transportation engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading professional engineering projects with transportation engineering projects required.
• Experience with transportation strongly preferred.
• EIT Registration required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, or other engineering design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional engineering projects with transportation focus.
• Direct tasks and deliverables on roadway/ transportation projects.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and design teams to ensure project success.
• Mentor junior staff and manage QA/QC across projects.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and technical standards.
