Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• EIT Registration required, or nine or more years of transportation engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or ability to obtain within six months is preferred.
• Experience with road/traffic project plans and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to project staff and ensure high-quality work.
• Assist in leading regular project staff meetings and client communications.
• Support marketing and business development efforts to establish new clients.
• Develop and manage project budgets, staffing, schedules, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with disciplines and internal groups to meet project goals.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and QA/QC procedures.
• Lead proposal preparation and submission of technical products.
