Job summary

French & Parrello Associates seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Highway & Traffic transportation projects in Camden, NJ. You will oversee planning, design, and delivery, managing teams, budgets, and client relationships.

The role requires PE status or reciprocity, 12+ years of transportation PM experience, and strong knowledge of NJDOT/ PennDOT standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE license preferred or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• 12+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience with PM responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation engineering projects for local, county, state, and federal agencies.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams through planning, design, permitting, and construction support.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and overall project performance.
• Oversee design plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation.
• Provide QC reviews and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, utilities, and stakeholders throughout development.
• Lead proposals, scope of services, fee estimates, and schedules.
• Support business development through networking and client engagement.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff and align with leadership on strategic planning.
