RockSol Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Senior Project Manager to lead and grow our transportation design practice in Southern/Western Colorado.

You will act as Engineer of Record on CDOT and municipal projects, expanding RockSol's presence across the state. The role requires a Colorado PE, 6+ years in roadway design and project management, and a track record of building strong client relationships with public agencies.

Qualifications

• Colorado PE with a BS in Civil Engineering and 6+ years in roadway/transportation design.
• Experience as Engineer of Record on CDOT/local public agency projects.
• Strong client development and relationship-building within Colorado's transportation sector.
• Proficiency in OpenRoads Designer; Civil 3D a plus.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow design practice across Southern/Western Colorado.
• Serve as Engineer of Record on CDOT and local agency projects.
• Build relationships with municipalities, CDOT, and regional partners.
• Lead project pursuits and secure transportation work through client relationships and technical excellence.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality; ensure delivery.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff and build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Construction Management, Inspection, Materials Testing, and Geotechnical teams.
