Job summary

RockSol Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Engineering Lead for Northern Colorado to steer transportation and infrastructure project delivery, client relationships, and growth across Colorado agencies.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and mentor staff while collaborating with state and local organizations. The role emphasizes strategic growth, pursuing RFPs/RFQs, and building partnerships with CDOT, municipalities, and regional agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license required; Colorado PE preferred or reciprocity.
• 12–15 years of progressive civil/transportation/water resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance, growth, and market presence of RockSol's transportation and infrastructure design practice in Northern Colorado.
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, and staffing plans to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with CDOT, municipalities, counties, MPOs, and other public-sector clients.
• Drive regional growth through strategic planning and pursuit of RFPs/RFQs.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff and foster technical excellence.
