Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead transportation projects in Florida, including Lake Mary, Orlando, Coral Gables, Miami, and Jacksonville. The role supervises a team, assigns tasks, and ensures schedules and budgets are met while coordinating with clients and reviewing designs for compliance.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships, pursuing contracts, and raising the firm’s profile in the transportation sector.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• P.E. license in Florida.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering and project management Transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships on transportation projects.
• Develop value-added solutions and lead pursuit of contracts for engineering and consulting services.
• Increase company profile within the transportation industry; engage with professional organizations.
• Perform strategic planning and plan execution for operations and business development.
• Plan, organize, and supervise work of transportation professionals.
• Negotiate, plan, monitor and deliver quality projects and services.
• Review engineered designs for conformance with state, regional, and local standards.
