Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead transportation programs in Florida, guiding design teams, managing schedules and budgets, and fostering client relationships across multiple offices in Lake Mary, Orlando, Coral Gables, Miami and Jacksonville.

The role requires a Florida P.E. license, 15+ years of transportation project management experience, and strong communication skills to drive successful project delivery and growth within the transportation group.

Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering or related field required.
• PE license in Florida required.
• 15+ years progressive transportation engineering and project management experience.
• Experience with FDOT design and roadway projects is a plus.
• Strong client communication and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise transportation project teams and schedules.
• Develop value-added solutions and pursue contracts for engineering services.
• Maintain client relationships and raise the company profile in transportation.
• Plan, organize, and oversee work of transportation professionals.
• Review designs for conformance to standards and budgets.
