Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Florida to lead transportation projects across multiple locations such as Lake Mary, Orlando, Coral Gables, Miami and Jacksonville. The role focuses on supervising a team, managing schedules, and delivering high-quality engineering and consulting services.

You will build strong client relationships, pursue contracts, oversee budgets and deadlines, and ensure designs meet FDOT and local standards while advancing Stantec's transportation portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer licensure in Florida required/active.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering and project management Transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and lead projects.
• Develop value-added solutions and pursue contracts for engineering and consulting services.
• Increase company profile through industry participation and associations.
• Plan and execute strategies for operations and business development.
• Supervise transportation professionals and coordinate tasks.
• Negotiate, plan, monitor, and deliver quality projects and services.
• Review designs for conformance with standards.
